Jams Rare Value Report! :)

Russian Samovar = 1hc because this is a popular rare for all rooms and buyers are offering a hc rather then 0.9 just to get this item and sellers are selling it at this price because buyers are prepared to pay it

Oil Lamp = the oil lamp should be 0.8 because as i said before not a very popular rare and people ive seen 3 times trade tubmasters for them because they are a difficult rare to get rid of soi feel it should be dropped slightly

Nordic Table = 0.8 simply for the same reasons as the oil lamp seen twice

LapLand Greetings = 0.7 becuase no one realy wants them at this time of year and are rarely being traded and when they are they are going for less eg: mochamaster and 12 creds worth of norms = 0.7 but when it gets nearer christmas round november the price willl rocket

Sorry i didnt check your values earlier as ive been slightly busy. Everything seems to be looking pretty nice in your values though, I think the samover one is bang on, it seems to be as part of a haloween furniture, i think it will continue to rise a bit more but not too much. Your others seem pretty good aswell.
