The system looked terrible upon first impressions, although I'm curious as to what people think about the Helper and Guardian system now that it's been in place for a while. I like how Guardians are able to look at the context around something and vote accordingly, rather than a moderator who would just go for a straight ban. On the other hand, I've refrained myself from saying things as I think someone would report me... in which case, it defeats the object of Habbo as a whole.

Do you think the system has worked? Has it made people paranoid? Do you enjoy being a helper / guardian?

I really like it, I think it's a great addition. There's no reason to be paranoid, if some one was going to report you they would've done it with guardians or not, and as guardians have more time than moderators per call there's less chance you'll be room banned && muted.

Well I know in cases now people are just reporting for the fun of it, people are getting banned and muted willy nilly for reasons that aren't really that severe and it's because some Guardians are voting bad. I remember in HxSS someone told me they had got my chat log in an event that I was in, turns out I hadn't said anything wrong but it still came up for them. I guess at first thought people would abuse their powers and it appears some are voting bad regardless. I don't really care for the system as I don't think it's really improving it, the times are usually still long too - I reported someone yesterday and I didn't get a reply until I had been in another event and been in about 10 shops, one of which I was in for a good hour.

Votes can be a bit odd some times, I just got one report where some one was saying that the slave trade should be brought back, and it was voted bad instead of severe, and had another where a user said 'no i wont have sex with u ;]' and got voted bad instead of good!

Bit annoyed how sometimes an annoying alert comes up saying it's going to moderators instead of trusting the guardians that have voted.
