Ok, first of all your values are good, id just like to tell you that the throne is a varied piece of furniture though. It goes up and down basicly like clockwork. Its always falling and then always going up, and different ppl will offer varied prices. Atm the throne is looking to go up, but its stopped. Mybe it might be going up again, or mybe puet just found a lucky buyer.

But your values are good, and once again youve shown good accuracy and proof! Continue this good work. :)
