It isn't in our job description to do competitions. If we don't want to, we don't have to. I made it clear how things would work with the competition, so how I see it is, my competition, my furniture, my rules.

I announced at the beginning of the competition how things would work, if you didn't like the rules you shouldn't have entered.

no you didn't lol. how was i suppose to know that either? your just making up ******** now tbh, you never once said the rules during the show. in the six years i've been here ive never heard of only having two minutes to collect a prize because once you annouce the winner you think that they would win the prize. you can just call out lotto numbers and when someone you like doesnt win say you want a redo?

its not fair at all and almost anyone will agree, just adding to the shambles the dept. is already in but whatever =)))))))

I did indeed and I believe I have the show pre-recorded to prove that. Life isn't fair. I'll be more than happy to supply you with a prize if management link me to rules stating I MUST GIVE USERS X AMOUNT OF TIME TO COLLECT A PRIZE. I am not events staff, the rules are different. I am a presenter, I am here to supply entertainment and whilst doing so if I choose to do a competition that's 100% up to me and on my terms.



As a HabboxLive DJ you would be required to book and turn up for at-least 3, one hour, slots per week. You're also required to have a good quality microphone and a varied selected of good quality music. The only broadcaster software which is accepted at HabboxLive is SAM Broadcaster. DJ's are required to use SAM Broadcaster to transmit to the HabboxLive server.

Joining the team as a radio presenter doesn't state I need furniture so competitions supplied with my furniture are on my terms

Not quite Richie. If you do a competition under the Habbox name any furniture given out in events/competitions can be classed as an unofficial donation to the site. If you therefore announce a winner there needs to be sufficient time given to allow said winner to collect the prize.

Despite that, I have seen many competitions on-air (both at hxl and other fansites) where you are required to be in the room at the time and if this was made clear before the competition started then it would be okay to give it to someone who was in the room.

Inseriousity.; there was samanfa's and alex's events on during richies show lol. the room he was in (hxhd) was basically empty when i left to go to the events, doesnt make much sense holding a party room in an empty room since most djs do it in the event rooms lol. the person who won the prize was even in the event room with me :S

I did state the user had to be in the room. You guys are making it out as if I blatantly didn't want to give Graham a prize. I thought you guys knew me better than that, if I wanted to be sly and rig a competition I wouldn't of announced him to begin with. I have got common sense you know. I originally stated the user must be in the room, he wasn't so I gave him the benefit of the doubt, said he had x amount of minutes to get to the room, he didn't, that's his fault not mine. If that isn't fair I don't know what is.

I am told to advertise events whilst on air but never in my time being with habboxlive have we ever been told we can't host party rooms whilst an event is on, so your argument is invalid. Oh and just to add I do have graham on skype so if he couldn't make it to the room he could have easily messaged me.

I wasn't aware an event was taking place, which is my fault for not checking the events timetable. Usually I will host a party down at the event room as it gets more people but again, I wasn't aware. You know I like you graham so I don't have any reason not to supply you with a prize, I am just sticking to the rules I made. Due to it causing uproar in the future I will host my competitions with a little more structure so something like this won't happen again.
