There's an online stress test: http://www.bemindful.co.uk/mbsr/test
0 = No stress at all
40 = The worst level of stress possible.
I scored 35 :/

Only 33 :O That's quite good I think haha.
Tbh I think the majority of people would score quite high based on those questions though?

what do you mean only 33?
That's awful --- only 7 points away from... like the most awful stress you could have
And I dunno if its accurate, I just found it online. Mine seems pretty accurate lmao

I got 24 so while its just over halfway to the worst stress level, I think it deffinatly shot up after my grandmother died and I expect it to keep rising for a bit so I regard that as bad

4. woo, I think I've got a good mechanism for dealing with stress but I've never really been tested. I've got an easy life atm and it's very rare that things will bother me. Finishing uni next year, will probably be a different story by then.

34, but I'm not surprised. I think if I took the test every month for this year the results would be all over the place, really. :P

09-09-2012, 01:32 AM
Seems pretty accurate.. 28.
I've been stressed about my spoiled little cousin. He wasn't well raised and keeps it that way -.-'
He called me **** without knowing what it means, obviously, but he knew it was a bad word. I slapped him and I was the one being yelled at by my aunt. She's such a bad parent and a ***** anyway..
Although that stopped about 1 week ago, so I'm way more calm now.
I got 15 too. I do get stressed at certain points over stupid things but I think it's kind of stupid because only you know how stressed you have been in that one month.

6, although it's a fairly silly test hardly going to give a realistic value since everyone is either going to be "omg tiny thing means end of the world" or "who cares".
I used to be way more stressed out than I am nowadays though.
