I know what you're getting confused with though, during the Olympics they did have a wall background with a similar-ish design.

oh wow, i just assumed it was a wall thing cos it was on the wall when i saw it. still cant find a full image of it...

ive tried editing one in paint nd gimp lmfao but i like accidently shaved off a 1 x 1 pixel line on both sides cries eyes out.

Not to mention the fact the bottom seems to be solely white, unless i got the floor tile and borders mixed up
