So got the tivo fitted and internet upgraded today.

Rather pi**ed off as the technician told me that the internet signal we were receiving was too high and that's why it could be so slow at times.

Considering our Virgin bill is around £70 a month we are quite pi**ed off.
I've complained to Virgin & they are going to get back to me,

Do you think they're actually bother doing anything?
Or anyone else had problems like this with them?

They can lower the signal issues. I often find their forums a much better place to talk about this and one of the staff members on the forum also got the technician booked to be sent round to lower the high levels we had in the old house.

Power levels are in between the points they can be, so, seems okay.
