That's not really that specific :P Didn't he do a lot for the original website, before it became Joomla!, by making all the pages and systems involved to allow staff to make edits etc?

Probably the same as Mizki, a huge disagreement over the way Habbox was being run at the time. She was not a happy bunny seeing her site the way it was. Not sure what happened to DJ-3000. I have a vague memory he joined another radio station and he bragged about how much nicer it was than HabboxLive/HabboxRadio which caused argument. That said, I think he owned the HabboxRadio.com domain and may have taken control of it, which is enough to ban someone.

So many different possibilities :P

I think jrh2002 owned the radio domain to begin with, but it may have been passed to sierk, and never to DJ-3000.
DJ-3000 was banned from the forum after deleting many threads in the staff HxHD forum. I believe he copied them before doing so, for his own new help site.
