Who wants to waste 7 mins of their life watching this vid... na seriously, it's amazing.
Created by brick-building genius Akiyuki, the visionary has taken Lego construction to another dimension.
The machine, put together in the construction fanatic's living room, has been designed simply (or pointlessly) to transport miniature balls across over 101ft at a rate of one ball per second.
While the machine took two years to build, it took the just two days for the video of the finished product to go viral. It has already racked up over 70,000 hits on video-sharing website YouTube receiving thousands of likes.
One amused user joked: 'This is how the lottery should work'
While another added: 'Completely useless. I love it.'
Yes, I so want the lottery to work like this please. Here's the vid:

WHY IS IT SO AWESOME.
Just wow. Literally incredible.
Useless, but awesome.

At the time I couldn't think of another section to put it in. As I'm typing this, it occurs to me that technology would have been better I suppose.

This is epic, I'd love to do something like this :) Imagine all the calculations he must have done to get it all working in time...
Wow... this kind of thing fascinated me as a child and it's absolutely useless but so cool at the same time!

Did anyone have LEGO Robotics and LEGO Creator for their PC? I remember years ago people used to create robots in LEGO Creator, and then recreate them in LEGO Robotics to programme a robot of some kind and build it in real life. There was a club for it at school, but there wasn't too many interested.
