Sit ups is your your belly not your chest noob. You use these the ones you push up on a multi gym.

I'm too lazy to exercise properly. Good leg muscles are enough for me. "Scroo" push-ups, too much will power needed...

Heh, what aload of rubbish. You need to get rid of the fat that surrounds the abs first, which most people have and you can't burn fat from doing sit ups. Plus sit ups hardly do anything for toning, you need to do crunches and do some sports if you want good results.

I tend to stay fit by cycling alot, doesn't keep your muscles big but you get good staminar.

Cycling has always been good for my legs, I havn't really been on massive bike rides for a few weeks due to college and work but its very good for keeping fit.
I usually do press-ups and sit-ups everyday: I just do reps of 40 on each.
80 in the morning maybe some in lunchtime at a minimum of 40 and then again 80 in the evening.
I also go for 10 minute jogging sessions at night, just wear a sweater and you'll burn some fat.

564? Jeez I think my body would split in half after doing 7!
That was a joke, incase you didnt spot it. Press ups are good for arms but pull ups are better. Press ups make your head feel like its gonna explode, pull ups are even harder but it doesnt make your head feel so bad.

Lol :) ^
I'm fine with press ups, yeh they make your head a bit confuzzled but thats when you do loads of reps without breathing properly. Once you find a comfortable breathing technique, you'll be able to alot more.
Press-ups and Sit-ups are effective, good to use if you don't have equipment at home.
I don't see why people moan about being overweight? Theres plenty of exercises to do at home, they all work very well. You just have to break out of the habbit of being lazy.
