Stop eating all that junk!
Dont eat pasta - Lots of carbs
Eat Fruit
Eat Veg and drink lots of water.
Do daily sit ups as many as you can.

You will find that if you are deadicated enough to the above rules you will loose weight fast :)

*I havent tried it* *I told my mum to do it - She had like a few pounds to loose* *It worked* :')

Pasta has a lot of carbs
carbs mean weight gain

and dont eat to much bread and bread related things even more carbs there
