MY BABY omg, he's pretty decent for carrying on anyway since most would of threw a diva fit and ran off stage refusing to return but I think he's one of the small minority who actually care about his fans. He'd probably of felt sick before preforming anyway yet went ahead which is another thing celebrities wouldn't do.

I'd watch that video but I don't want to see him throwing up. He obviously would of had a backing singing at points, lots of artists do especially if they're moving around/dancing a lot. Nicki Minaj is a prime example of it really, she does it for almost every song because she'd be breathless doing both :)
