It's kinda pointless writing pronunciations in that fashion since if people pronounce book wrong they probably pronounce buck wrong too due to differences in inflection and all that other stuff that determines how one speaks. I know for a fact that a lot of northerners would say luck as "lock" but still think they're saying luck, for example

YOU ARE NORTHERN RYAN the correct way to pronounce it is kinda like with an eurgh or ugh but shortened, that sort of noise. Difficult to write it without using actual phonetic characters which obv no-one will understand
