Yes very unfortunate, she was fairly rich. She is known for merching. She buys furni and resells it at higher prices to gain profit

Not technically high, just correct prices i.e. couldn't get profit :(. Was a shame that way lmao and I thought I got a deal off her once. Turns out that day they were released into the catalogue for same price.

No they didn't and I don't even think most people were aware how much was stolen. Peoples phone numbers if they bought credits etc. They should be doing more to protect people...

If they do things like that, couldn't they be sued under the Data Protection Act? It is appalling that we cannot trust larger companies to keep our details safe.

Not sure. Isn't zendesk like a separate company? They should at least ackowledge it and put measures in to protect people.

I was also hacked yesterday and the help desk is the only reason I can come up with to as why, I am very safe about my information and emails etc.

Someone please tell me about the help tool being hacked. The actual customer support or the helper/guardian tool. Or am i just going on about something that has no relevance. I feel so stupid. Appreciate anyone that can just tell me the story from the start :) Shame about CB getting hacked.
