New Quest Introduced!

I just did my second Habboween pack of quests, and got the second badge and this message:

In my opinion, Sulake is getting more boring every quest that goes by.
What do you think?

I do know about the executioner badges, I posted a thread containing the first 7 of them :P They usually show the achievement badge in that yellow spot, which is why I got a bit confused.

Ikr the quests are more like an endurance to see if u have the patience to hand 100 drinks or wave 15 mins for the sake of boredom

I prefered these quests to the first group, they were much easier.

Given up with these useless quests, the badges are so common also.
