I heard that they sit on a sofa, watch the projector and the staff answer the questions for them?
But the actual gorillaz answer the questions, the staff type the answers for them.

If someone (Habbo) asked Noodle a question, Noodle would see it on the projector, and answer it, a staff would sit on the computer, on the account ''Noodle'' or whatever they are calling the Gorillaz, and Noodle would tell the staff the response to the question, and the staff would type it.

And Habbo can do that, they can ruin the hotel if they wanted and they are dam doing that for sure
