what valid reason is there for not allowing normal members to reply to threads here (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=8)
and the forum was dying last night and matt said it wasnt just me, is that anything related with what cameron; is posting about (http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=762276&p=7728248#post7728248)

I don't have a problem letting people reply to the threads that are created in there to be honest. In terms of the downtime last night for the forum - Tom couldn't find anything and linked it to us three using Virgin Media.
Inseriousity.

I use virgin media and my forum was playing up last night too :(
Personally I think if youre going to let everyone post in there you might as well scrap the subforum completely and have everything in this forum.

Virgin media hates Habbox
So we will be able to post in there from now on?

This has been asked for in the past but was always denied, but I'd like to see this happen

Recursion is making uptime bad for people who use virgin media now that he works for BT.

I can't say I agree entirely, I think it should be made into one sub-forum, don't want the posts getting lost amongst serious feedback discussion.
Ik I needed to post there because I have the same problem. That link that chippiewill posted works, but you can't log into your account. I need to use the panel to do hxhd stuff :{

Yes and no.

It could have been other sites knowing Virgin Media as they often have routing issues but I could only see it affecting Habbox.

Agreed with the BT bit :P

serious feedback discussion wouldn't get lost because if they were so serious in the first place they'd have masses of replies anyway that'd keep bumping them up.

I'm not worried about the feedback discussion getting lost, I'm worried about people's questions getting lost.

what jin said makes sense about just 1 sub forum
Inseriousity.
20-10-2012, 02:39 PM
Oh I see, well that'd make more sense. If there were hundreds of questions a day but as they are fairly rare I see no reason why they would not remain on the first page (as it's the feedback forum, I always check the first page just in case).

I'll make one sub forum for all habbox related questions. All members will be able to create threads and reply to them.

If you want the forum to make like a circus go to HabbCrazy, awks when Habbcrazy has better activity.
Never the less just simple red prefix would be cool.

Didn't want people getting given wrong information, people anticipate responses from the department relevant in the section, if they want responses from everyone then put in feedback.
Probably is every moderator has a twitch finger and moves the thread anyway.
