It really makes you buy a NEW effect. Effects from last year won't work. -.- Srsly wtf.. So not fair.

Also if you change rooms, the effect takes like 5 seconds to work, so it usually keeps saying you need to buy a costume.

You have to wait those seconds for the effect to appear in the new room.
