General Help and Advice - Anything and everything!

I have started this project in the hope to continue and expand it as it grows into a revenue making venture, however for the time being we will be offering free* support for the majority of issues that can be resolved via tickets/email.

So if you require any sort of technical support for your Windows or Apple computer, please feel free to take a look at www.PCDown.co.uk (http://www.pcdown.co.uk)

*Should we be required to carry out any work on the machine(s) at our workshop a fee will incur for the labour and if applicable delivery costs, should we also believe we need to charge for a certain action during the ticket stage a fee will incur. But the majority of support provided will be free.

great idea always thought there should be something like this. I've got an idea to - what about integrating a chat room kind of service where people could get instant support if people are online - would be used by a lot of people I think.

If our client base expands into a level that would be adequate for a live chat room we will look into this idea, however for the time being we give an initial reply to tickets within 30 minutes.
