Technically it was yesterday when it was released last year. Then the year before that it was on the 23rd so it being released today or tomorrow would be fine. Also to add on, if it was released today then it would be fine to have it out for a week due to when Halloween is.

I just brought 2 months Halloween. The flashing one and the ghost one! They got mixed up though with my VIP and Limited Baby Blue. hehe!

Yeah it was out on the 25th last year but I wanted to delay it a bit to coincide with the halloween events.
