Well i think i've found out a way to solve all your problems, well this happened to me three times in a row when it said "You already have been given a reward" but i always used to go to it via room ( I would go to rooms then Habboween then Carnival Stand) but then today i thought, Let me try it from the Habbo Home and click where the carnival stand news is "Try your luck" ( Or something like that) and it worked!! :D... Or they just fixed it during the maintenance lol.
