I rarely come online now as I don't have my own computer/lap to as I didn't but a new one when I stopped playing games ect. I'm thinking about buying a new lap top just for using things like facebook, playing footy manager and downloading music... Maybe watch the odd film online too. So it doesn't really need to be top of the range.

Is this any good?

Good Brands: ASUS, Samsung, Lenovo, Sony and MSi

Stay clear of: Acer, Packard Bell and most HP laptops.

The one you link is alright for what you'd use it for but without an indication of your budget, I'm not sure what to recommend

I'd personally stay away from Samsung laptops as well, at least from my experience with them. I would, however, add Dell and Toshiba to the list of good brands. But again, it depends on the experience you've had with a brand, I know not everyone will have the same opinion :P.

Anyway, the one you've posted doesn't seem that bad for what you'll be using it for :).
