I might start waking up at the right time now then. Sleep's been ****** up since it's started being dark when I wake up.

It's Scotland's fault that it happens ;| they campaigned for it because it was too dark in the mornings apparently and was a danger to cattle drivers, but the whole argument is stupid since there are far more accidents in dark evenings than dark mornings because it's obviously loads busier, so going back to "winter time" is totally inefficient all round. And it's Scotland that is still the opposition to changing it :P

it's not really an extra hour considering we may get to sleep an hour earlier but we have to also wake up an hour earlier.

no, everyone says you get an extra hour in your bed is always for today, doesn't mean that every day you get an extra hour lol...

It means the clocks reach 1am and then the hands go back to 0am again. We will have 1am twice tomorrow!!!

Edit: ok fine. 0am means midnight.

Yes it's 00:00 but on a 12 hour clock its 12:00am. If you use 'am' you're mainly referring to the 12 hour clock not 24 hour (you wouldn't go "it's 15:00pm today").

But a lot of people are too slow to work out that 0:00 means midnight, therefore I felt it necessary to add the am.

Plus my clock always says 15:00pm

technically its 2am bst then goes to 1am gmt

not 1am/midnight.

Unless I move back to Britain, or move to the southern states, I won't be moving a clock forwards or backwards again (for the foreseeable future that is).

Queensland don't do DST, yet the locals moan about it, even though they've said no to DST in three referendums. Topsy turvy land this is.

Only if you consider subtracting an extra one from your current answer as more maths...

I dunno if it's just me but as my clock, phone etc all automatically changes i Keep thinking it actually still needs changed. Right now its 05:50 but as I've not slept its basically like 7 - but I keep looking at my pc clock thinking oh I haven't changed it so it must be actually really 4:50 and then realising its not.
