so... built my new pc, only problem im having is the computer wont shut down completely, windows goes off but the lights and fans stay on. I have to hold the power button in for 5-10seconds to get it all the way off. any ideas?

have tried unplugging all parts separately and only difference is when graphics card isn't in, windows doesnt shut down at all? but that would be something else i'm guessing

Is it possible for you to post your shopping list for the build? Could be mobo/psu, might just be a fault with the case power switch.
