Ive heard rumors that it was all phony! 1. The way they "walked" on the moon..How can they walk when there is 0 Gravity and 2. How was the flag waving on the moon?!

NO. I think it's fake, that one with Neil Armstrong. Coz his feet don't even touch the floor and scientists have said that the moon has enough gravity for you to atleast be able to walk without all that energy it looked like he had to use.

The two I have is:
1. there were no stars in the background - it was black.
2. The flag was waving and yet there is no air in space.

There is a little gravity on the moon so they could walk. If they jumped high enough they'd have floated off. I don't think it was fake.

I dont see why it would have to be fake they were gravity boots to walk on planets they used them on the moon and you have to realise it was years and years ago when it was filmed too so maybe they didnt have the good equipment for the stars to show

its fake IMo and not very well ether, the rocket proption system, makes no creaters, theres no dust on the landers feet, the shadows are incorrectly placed, the flag blows in the wind, when there is no wind, it ignores the eletromagnetic barryer that would fry anyone trying with the level of techolagy they used, plus even with the masive advanvces weve never been back.

If you listen to them you can hear them speak when space is a vacumm which means theres no sounds. Thats why loads of geeks complained about star wars, because of all the sound in star wars it makes the film unrealistic.

Either way if it is fake its a very rubbish one. And if its real, then somehow the americans managed to chuck every law of science out of the window for that short time i.e losing the vacumm in space and somehow gettin wind... if you look closely buzz might have a fan :S :P

If Neil Armstrong was the first guy on the moon. How come he was recorded coming of the rocket? Surely someone must of got of and recorded him, and pretended he did it.

thats actaly a very good point since the camra was aimed at them, athogh this could be exsplained by a camra mounted on the ships leg thingy, but i somehow doubt the camra would have survived, nore the fact any where mounted, humm so ether its fake or the camra man was first on the moon lol :D

-The cameras werent that good back then, so obviously stars would be hard to see
-The suits weighed 80 pounds, there was enough gravity to make a footstep
-We have rocks from it, and there is no rock like it on earth
-The flag was waving because they molded it like that. We saw the whole video once in science, and they kind of molded the flag and it stayed for the picture.
-There were cameras on the outside of the camera, which is how he would be record, but neil armstrong recorded buzz aldren comming out. The "one giant leap for mankind thing" was just played while that clip was shown

As there is no wind on the moon Neil Armstrongs flag would still be there and it's not as scientists have looked.
