hi everyoneo/ so i've been a vegetarian for almost 2 weeks now and I was just wondering what are some good recipes or foods i can eat instead of meat and some things I can eat durin the day to fill me up !! thx xo

Replace meat with beans and lentils. That's what I did :P Bananas fill you up a lot as well, but they're more snack-y. Finding a yoghurt you really like is good too.

quorn mince is ok but otherwise, the products i've tried, are pretty blarghy

but I don't know what other brands you'll have in your area as you're not from the UK :(

I was a vegetarian for two years and use to fill up on the linda mccartney sausages and things like that but after a while I was so low in necessary vitamins and what not I started to eat meat again but still to this day I only eat organic meat which can be pricey or meat from the local butchers as I know how the animals are kept and what not.
