He went around on the Hotel Tour thing, answering questions from users in 5 different hotels. He got to a certain hotel (.de maybe?) and the moderators banned him for 'impersonating staff'.

I looked at the navigator today and under the Habboween rooms I found what you can see in the image below. When I tried to enter them, it didn't work. Why/What is it?

There's a thread about this somewhere already. Apparently because it was a Free Rights room the players were making offensive and vulgar symbols with furniture thus they got closed.

Also 'Inappropriate to bobba bobba' would suggest 'Hotel' and 'Management' are filtered on the system thus they came up that.

Hey, the rooms enabled you to complete a quest where you could put the ghost cart on the tracks.To be able to do so Habbo made the rooms free rights. People abused this, making vulgar symbols which got them closed. MODs don't check who owns the rooms they just close them if they see offensive symbols.
