The game should have been abandoned due to the pitch! The ball wasnt even rolling too well on the pitch and every time a player run anywhere they were big splashes.

******* hell it's been a while since I've been on here.

Really big 3 points on Friday.

It was a very scrappy game and in truth Blackpool dominated us for the majority, but we took our chances when they came to us and we defended brilliantly throughout the game. Carl was ******* fantastic in goal, and I'm really pleased that Stale has kept the faith with him, always knew he'd be a great first choice keeper if given the chance. SEB is an absolute babe, I love the guy. He should've had a hat-trick today but a bobble on the pitch denied him, but he still had a great night in which he proved just how good he can be on his day. Blackpool will be very frustrated to come away with nothing, and rightly so as they created quite alot of opportunities which included hitting the post in the first half. Ince will go in January in my opinion, he's got a great future ahead of him, although he really should've buried 1-2 of his chances.

3 wins in our last 4 now with a decent run of games in the next few weeks. We've risen to 13th ahead of tomorrow's games, and things are really starting to look up. If we win our next couple then we've got a great basis to build on, with confidence seemingly restored to the side. Very very pleased. UTW.

I think if we have scored no one would have said it was lucky that we won. Second half was better than the first, they were barely called upon (the defence) to do anything but get it forward for 45 minutes, in the first half it wasn't good though.

Finally the bolded statement works either way on a good day united would have put in 3 if Swans had played the same, so it's hardly an argument for us not deserving to win?

Finally off topic, when Williams hit the ball in RVP head, haven't seen replays but doubt he meant it and RVP shouldn't have reacted the way he did but I think it was pent up from the lack of decisions he got in the game. Lucky to only have a yellow, retrospectively.

Yeah the only reason he should be punished is because he shouldn't have been kicking the ball away in frustration, that's bookable in itself. I think the fact his head "got in the way" doesn't really make it a second bookable offence. RVP must have thought a it wasn't the ball and maybe a foot or something and b that it was deliberate.

I'm an Everton fan, but my team didn't play over the weekend.

They got some skeleton staff to play the match against Wigan instead. Moyes has had it at Everton now, and I hate it because I love him as a manager but he needs to move on and we need to get somebody else to take us to the next level. Can't believe that was 2,2 - saw the score with 4 and a half minutes into stoppage time so walked off assuming it would end as 2-1. Suarez isn't just scum, he is racist too - what a ******.

Diego Costa though. I never in my wildest dreams thought he'd settle in this well so soon. Chelsea are such an unbelievable force now that we have a striker who can actually score. Its taken Costa 4 games to get 7 goals- I read somewhere that it took Torres nearly 50 games to get the same amount.
