Habbox Abuse

In one of my events tonight. I witnessed Habbox people giving severe abuse to another Habbox member.

So, I do what I would do for anyone who is the victum and stuck up for him and ban the person from my room.

I don't find it's necessary to actually go looking for this one member to give him abuse. You don't know what he's been through. It's not a good thing to give Cyber bulling over the internet. It can effect so many people in so many different ways. People commit suicide because of it and these people are actually forcing people to the state they have nothing left, so they turn to suicide. It's not on. Everyone is the same in this world. We all do the same living thing, every day. So, what if people are, dark skinned, fat, thin, ugly, small, whatever. Who cares?! We are all inteligent and pretty in our own ways!

Why give people so much crap to the fact they hate themselves. Hate the fact they can't walk out side, Because they feel feared by people looking at them for these unnessessary reasons that you bring.

How would you like it, if one day, your life fell apart and everyone turned against you? How would you honestly feel? I can tell you know. You would hate it. And would most likely run to the first person, who would be there for you. So, Why do it?

Think, before bulling. You're killing the innocent people, who want to live and enjoy life.

Seriously. Stop this bulling.

I don't care if I don't get any replies back to this, Atleast I got my word out.

I don't agree with your statement about everyone being intelligent and pretty in their own ways because some people really do have nothing going for them but if you know that someone has mental health problems you don't attack them for it

I spoke with this person after. I've seen the abuse that has been given to him over the time he's been in Habbox.
He's showed me them all.

He's also been to the case of suicide and has attempted it.

I'm not jumping into anything. I just don't think, Member of the same clan, should be jumping at each other, and going around trying to find them either. Just to give themselves entertainment.

I agree with this. Some of the people who get abuse are really not helping themselves since they also give abuse.

But saying that, I've met some quiet people getting abuse for no reason whatsoever. The best way to stop it is to ignore it I think, they'll eventually get tired of getting no response.

But at the end of the day, people are so quick to judge people on what they hear. They never know what that person has gone through to make them the way that they are. They never to take in to consideration on what they say might affect other people. They don't know what they have been though, what they are going though, and what they will have to deal with in the future. Everyone has problems at some point in their life. But when immature little kids hear about it they take it too far. Not thinking about what they are saying and how it's going to effect people. No-one is perfect. People come on here to enjoy themselves. Not to be given abuse. It's unfair, and in some cases, push some people over the edge. Look at what happened to Amanda Todd, She got bullied. What's to say that people who get abuse on here don't think about it. Its ridiculous. No-one deserves it. Habbo is meant to be a game where people can enjoy themselves. People need to grow up and think about their actions. I don't have anything else to say, I just hope it gets sorted.

It's honestly terrible that as soon as a person can go into a room for example the HxHD or an event, and then so many people start being abusive, not saying any names. I've witnessed much of the abuse, and I actually always wonder how people can be so mean, for no reason. The abuse here is so bad that listeners are even noticing, and the abuse has also caused many people to leave, or not even want to apply. It's really a shame.

Yes! & I know exactly who you're talking about. But either way it's not just about anyone in particular, abuse shouldn't be going on period. The worst part of it all is staff who are suppose to be setting an example are the ones giving the abuse to other people.

Most people, dont like to really let anyone know they are being abused, some think it a sign of weakness, others that it wont solve the problem. just sometimes gotta give a little push to get them to speak up

there is easy ways to prevent yourself from being bullied in habbo. i think a lot of people are bullied but they just choose to ignore it, it is that easy. you can easily click ignore, you can report them and you can click emergency exit. habbo have provided enough things to help you with to stop it. obviously, in the first place they shouldn't do it, but it's impossible to stop all the bullies in the world 'cus it is never going to stop so you can complain all you want, but it really won't stop it as much as you want it to.

It's not hard to not come online if it's really getting someone down? Or go to a different room or put the person on ignore? There are tools in place available for people to use, so it really shouldn't have to escalate to suicide thoughts or whatever. If it's so bad to the point of suicide there's obviously other issues & the person needs professional help, it's not just down to Habbo, for it to get to that stage though is beyond me and I don't understand how someone would let it get that bad. However it does happen but how many times do you really hear of it?!

It's easy to say you can brush off the comments when you're older, but at a younger age you do take things way too seriously. I know I used to take little things way too seriously. Of course you have the right to stand up for yourself, but it probably won't solve the problem by heating the argument. Best way is to ignore them and report them so they can get some sort of reality check. Truth is they probably have problems they need to resolve themselves.

most of my life, i have been abused physically and mentally, this year alone i have had 7 of my friends kill themselves 4 of which i have witnessed, i suffer depression, i have tried to kill myself before, everyday i want to kill myself.
want to know how my friends killed themselves let me tell you

friend 1: hung themselves as i visited
friend 2: jumped off a bridge we were walking across
friend 3: hung themselves over night
friend 4: shot themself in the head with a handgun
those were the ones i saw
the others were hangings.

i never knew why they did it. i never will, i wish to join them most days. but i decide that i will when my time comes.
and i not saying anyone is fake im saying i would rather be myself than try to fake being someone im not, because tbh the world needs more monsters in it.

Anyway, abuse on here and Habbo is far more common than it should be. That's what happens when you put a teenager behind a screen they can hide behind, they'll make people feel bad about themselves because they can get away with it scot-free. I've had horrible experiences on here that really affect me and it's taken me a long time to be able to deal with them and just put it behind me, only really happened since coming to uni and meeting really close friends here.

The only thing you can do is report the Habbo player to moderators, put them on ignore and quit the game, or report Habbox member (with evidence) to higher members of staff, who will take the necessary action. Noone should suffer in silence.

It seems to me you're just begging attention. Take your signature for example, is there any need for that? It's absolutely ridiculous and just makes you look like an idiot. I recommend you get some professional help & get out of the friendship circle that you're in, they're obviously all suicidal too which isn't helping anything. If you have any left that is.
