My friend kneed me in the penis/balls area and basically I now have a small cut on the tip of my penis. It's gone purple at the end and I don't have a clue what to do. I don't know whether to just leave it and hope it heals or tell my dad and go to hospital or whatever. Any help?

Should probably get it checked out if its gone purple and has a cut on it. Does it hurt much? Maybe see what its like in the morning then get it checked out etc.

It aches and stings slightly when I pee but I don't know if it's just because it hasn't healed properly.

Perhaps when he did that Daniel it cut due to your jeans or something? I know it could be weird to have that happen but that could be one way to look at it. Get it checked out with your Doctor or ask your dad if you're worried; better to be safe than sorry!

Was wearing quite lose clothing and it's quite bruised so I would assume that the pressure on it cut it, if that makes sense.

Go to your GP or A&E as soon as possible. Generally if something like that goes non-normal colours it either means it's bruised, which is bad or it's become infected, which is very bad.

A GP won't refuse you an appointment that you've booked for medical reasons. Patient confidentiality etc.

I believe you can book and go to a doctor's appointment without a parent's consent and your doctor can give you advice but can't prescribe anything or examine any areas covered by clothing. That's what the poster says at my GP anyway :S
