i'm a selfish cryer, i'll only cry when i'm feeling sorry for myself.

i don't ever cry at deaths/funerals and also you know those other times people usually cry like leaving school or a friend going away etc

SAYING THAT when you put other peoples situations into movies/tv that can sometimes make me shed a tear or two, i dunno why.

i never used to cry, in fact up until about june i hadn't cried in probably over a year and a half. now it's like once every 3 weeks. (h0rMoNaL) when someone says/does something to upset me, or i'm just generally feeling ****** so i'll wait til i get home and then have a pity party.

SO HOW ABOUT YOU GUYS? do you cry often, and easily?

I only cry if something really gets to me, like if I'm proper arguing at someone I get really upset over it cuz I ain't a shouty person. I cry over death too of relatives, yknow close ones.

Hardly at all anymore. It's really annoying in some situations because I can feel myself needing to cry but physically can't.

this is really hard, i used to be jealous of people who could cry because i felt they had some sort of relief and i was just stuck with this horrible feeling inside of me with no release.

lol yeah i'm proper emotional too but i don't like to cry in front of others, only time i will is if we're arguing and they shout at me then i can't express anger very well so it comes out in tears then i'll cry more if they call me a baby cause i get so mad at myself.

i automatically cry when i'm sick or when i have like cramp from period pain

i cry when people are sad and i cry when they're happy, whether it's real life or people on tv or in dramas etc. i generally cry for other people than for myself.

i don't talk about anything personal to me to others cause i will prob cry too

only ever cried over one boy and never cry if someone is personally rude/insulting to me, it's just when they shout and get aggressive i get upset

wah wah

I actually cry a lot when I think about it haha. I cry every single time I watch a sad film and some days when I feel sad I just sit and feel sorry for myself and cry all day

I think there's only one thing that makes me cry these days. I'm more of an angry crier than a sad crier. I do it 'cause I'm furious rather than upset. Saying that, I get angry when I'm upset.

25-11-2012, 04:30 PM
yeah i cry the whole time, but it embarrasses me to cry in front of others because it makes me to feel so weak. i never cry at funerals either, idk why i just don't. i will shed a bit of a tear if i have been hurt, but not a lot as i feel i'm being stupid. i'll cry over cramps because that **** hurts!! last time i cried was probably about two weeks ago though.

quite often, I find that even little things can set me off and I can get into some right states haha.

The worst time is generally at night and before bed I'll have a good cry. During the day I normally sneak off to the toilet for a cry since I don't want people to see etc. Night time when its all quiet and im downstairs on my own I'll just let it all out and have a good crying session.

yeah exact same

I get really sad when I'm watching documentarys about people who are struggling through life but are really really trying and it's just like oh my god especially when it's about poverty

but most of my crying is period related

I used to cry myself to sleep BUT NOT ANYMORE yay

i don't really cry. i guess because i'm not that emotionally invested into a lot of things/built up a barrier. i didn't cry when my two relatives died (mind you, wasn't really that close to em), but i'm 2000% sure that i'll be an emotional wreck when the time comes for my grandma to pass.

I used to cry all the time when I was younger, mostly to get my own way (i was selfish brat). Nowadays I don't tend to cry at anything unless there's something really really really sad on tv or a film.

I cry a lot over little things that don't mean much. I rarely cry in front of anyone other than my family, I was with my now ex boyfriend for 20 month and not once did I shed a tear in front of him until we broke up - when reality hit I guess. It was the thing that, when I needed him he wasn't there so I had to do things myself and cry alone but when I was with him I was happy etc.

I've never cried at a TV show/movie/song etc. I cried twice when my nanny died; I didn't cry when I found out, only when I was in the Chapel Of Rest and her funeral when I was syaing bye because I'm not one to say those feelings out loud such as saying bye wouldn't be something I'd get emotional from but it hurt me a lot then. I think with deaths it depends how often you see them too; if my parents died god forbid or even if someone I grew close to such as the ex who I saw fairly often I would cry a lot.

I haven't cried over sadness or in about 2 weeks, somethings always stopping me and I just think what's the point in crying alone? No one will be there for you then so why not just leave it?

I guess I'm pretty emotional I cry when I think about what I'm going to do after school, and when my mum hassles me about what I'm going to do after school... and when my mum hassles me about getting a job/doing work experience and I just get so stressed out about it because I have no idea what I want to do especially since I used to know what I wanted but I realised it wasn't for me and now I'm a bit lost lol. And then I cry about other things too.

But I never ever cry during films/books. I can only think of one time I cried reading a book. I can think of four? movies I cried during, one was Titanic so almost everyone else cried during that too haha. One was the movie version of the book mentioned above, and the other two were during two of my favourite movies and I was sad because it was finishing but they were also happy tears. Now I think about it I was tired when I read/watched all of these so the tears were probably sleep related.

I've never cried in front of school people except some times I got a bit teary. But the only times I've cried at school was... wow all during PE/Sport. I just hated it so so much.

I can cry over the littlest of things. I cried for about 2 months, when me and my ex Boyfriend broke up I felt, lost, lonely, isolated, disgusting. I didn't knwo what to do. I would read our conversations and look at photos and burst into balls of tears.

When my Grandad died two years ago I moved country and my Dad phoned up to tell me, I just dropped the phone and ran out the house to the woods opposite and just kept running until I found somewhere to sit.

If I get told off for the little of thing, I'll cry. If I'm trying to explain something and the other person doesn't understand or isn't listen i'll cry. I'm such an emotional wreck.

The only thing I have never cried over is a watching a movie/film.

hmm, i cry a lottttt. i try really hard not to cry at school and things as i just don't really want to explain what's wrong with me, but sometimes that's hard. i cry a hella lot at home, whether it's me feeling all bad about everything or it's a film, i cry at like all films. :P oh and i cry at deaths too and sometimes when i dream and someone dies i'll cry about it idk i'm weird sorry

I try not to cry infront of others as it makes me seem weak and vulnerable.

But I do love a good cry if I'm on my own.

I wouldn't say I cry a lot but just lately I have been... I dunno why tho :/ I cry more at films than I do at anything else. I also struggle not to cry when my best friend cry's, unsure why it's just always been that way.

I am too emotional and I'll cry at nearly everything. I've probably cried at 90% of the films I've watched, even if the scene isn't meant to be sad. I need help.

I don't cry a huge amount to be honest. I've had moments within the past few months I guess but that's about it.

i'm way too emotional haha if i'm upset about something i just cry for ages and i'm really sensitive if someone says anything to me i'll take it to heart and probably go off alone and cry about it. i get way too upset over tv shows and movies aswell and yeah i basically cry if anything upsets me or stresses me out in the slightest, i try not to do it infront of anyone though

The last time I cried was when my gran died, I was eleven.
Since then, through a lot of turmoil, jubilation, hell and... stuff not a peep. I'm not sure why, I show emotion well, especially anger etc?

07-12-2012, 05:04 AM
I do quite often, it doesn't take much to set me off, I can be, well - am quite emotional. I've been struggling with depression and such for awhile though, so, yeah... Ironically, at funeral's and such, like others have said, I felt the need to cry but physically couldn't.
I dunno, the mind's a weird thing, screws us over at times, helps us in others.

Not very, I am a man. In all seriousness though I actually haven't cried in a long time. The only time I normally cry is if a family member dies, gets really sick or if I am in excruciating pain.

I have cried a lot at every funeral I've been to.
I cry when I feel I've failed someone or at something or let someone down.
I cry when people who mean a lot to me or I’m meant to mean a lot to treat me like s**t.
I've cried probably 3 times at books, and pretty much never at movies...
