No the price listed there is inclusive of VAT. Source: I've bought from from the play store at that price.

There is no import duty, they are sold and distributed from within the UK (Well you technically pay Google Ireland but that is for their tax purposes :P). I got it next day delivery.

theyir ordering system is crap, after the 4th december they sent out some of the orders which were ordered at 8pm, and not the ones at 5. so you've been really lucky :P
