Some Rare Values (Normal Rares)

Hi Rare Values team its been a long time since I was posting here as I was cautioned on the forum and Hacked on habbo leaving me with no Rares. But I'm still going to post the values I see traded in trade rooms! So here we go:

The Hammock (see avatar) hasn't been in the catalouge for a long time. Due to this factor the Hammock has become more in demand and is often traded for a Hc + 0.5 (I.E ICM, MOCHA). Therefore the value of this rare should rise.

The Silver Nelly has been in such more high demand in the past weeks and especially Casinos are in need of full Nelly sets and Trophy sets. Therefore the Silver Nelly should rise as they are traded for 3 CS quite often:

The Petal Patch is often seen spread all over the floor in casinos and trade rooms how ever there arnt enough around for everyone to have that! Plus more people want to open rooms such as casinos and trade rooms (i.e chivo).
