If you are a member, the dungeon east of ardougne has some gold rocks there, but they are guarded by hellhounds level 122..

wildy i think deep they spawn me and my mate whent and got full infortry

The crafting guild, near rimmington (requires 40 crafting and a brown apron) has 7 gold rocks
