You're not in the "Posting Scheme" group which is what determines if you make it onto the first list:

I use two seperate tools, one of my tools counts every post in post enabled forums by usergroup, my other tool counts every post in a section. In the first instance I do it by people in the posting scheme group, which seemingly should be everyone but people in specific permission groups got missed off when automatically added, in the second case it automatically includes everyone who makes posts.

ah, i thought everyone was auto in that posting scheme group too so unsure as to why i'm not :P
