So what do you think the TBD will be on the Guardian talent track? Just curious to know what everybody thinks

This will take ages to happen though.. but they will have way too much power though..

I can see it going towards kick/ban rights in rooms so that some helpers can assist moderators, but I can only see them being handpicked.

Well I could see something like Hobba's comming back but with less power. And that with more good work the higher you go. But it would take months of hard work to level up. I could see the following:

- Take part in unmuting players who have been wrongfully muted
- Ablility to give warning to players, and be able to pass it on to a mod or a higher level person to deal with it as a kik/ban/mute
-kik/ban/mute players from rooms
-Change Inaporiate room names or other things like event snad stuff to [____ Name is innaporate]
-Remove mute specific players to a certain room for _ minutes
-Ect

There has been talk with Paul on Twitter about doing crowd sourced moderation of UserVoice to get rid of things that shouldn't be there. I think they're going to stick to the crowd sourcing moderation scheme as opposed to handpicking.
