I have a permanent ban that I cannot get resolved by Habbo.Com Customer Support Agents Karol, Katharina, and Eva.

I don't have any screen shot evidence, but I know 100% I did nothing wrong in any way to violate the rules of Habbo Way, and the terms of use.

I surely can empathize with a lot who lose their accounts even with credits on them.

Habbo.com Customer Support Agents are now completely unsuccessful, and illiterate.

They are 100% a sad prime example of what negligence is and a big open illegal fiasco of legalized extortion, and internet extortion.

It is going to get a whole lot worse than just a sexual content allegation.

The proof is all over their website, and I don't think anyone knows that they've been conned into a malicious game.

Habbo doesn't provide refunds, and threats to ban your account if you decide to cancel, or even decided by your own free will to decline a payment.

Why does Habbo not abide to user rights to deactivate/delete our accounts for our own personal right of disposal?

If Habbo doesn't do refunds why in the hell do they need to keep our accounts forever and ever in their database with our email address .. Our personal email address even with our passwords :hmm:???????????

Users should really investigate this Habbo.com. Read the terms, and conditions because you're agreeing blindly into waiving all your rights away.

They can do anything they want to you even cast aspersions against your innocents, and credibility.
Habbo purposely makes anyone mad, and upset then they can for surely criminalize intentionally with/without your knowledge.

No matter what we all do on the game we are criminalized because it’s our risk for playing a game.

What kind of customer service wouldn't want to make things right with the game players, and appeal their bans?
Customer service should not be responding they're considering your communication as spammed, harassment, and to the extent of blocking emails. That is a red flag and tells me these people are uncooperative, and not legit.

Look Habbo up on the Better Business Bruea search engine their customer service number is not in service.
Look up on the terms, and condition.
All the phone numbers even in Habbo's terms are not in service.
I don't even think their address, and location is real.

It is 100% visual experienced evidence.

You can only email which is the only form of communication on the website.

Runes of Magic and other games all have a real customer service to talk to real humans that care about their customers, and game players.

Habbo does not provide that and doesn't want to step up to the plate and become liable for their abusive actions, and foul play. It is intentional foul play.

You shouldn't open a new account if they tell you to make a new one, and then you go spend more money because they've put pressure on you a teenager/adult to give them more money. - Internet Extortion!

No refund threat to ban = Scam

If you know that you are 100% innocent, and have been mistreated with threats to block your only source of communication for help.

Please keep all your submit request tickets by saving them to your computer, and even the ones that were sent to your email. Print them out save them they're evidence if you feel its right to take legal action.

Habbo.com Customer Support Agents have no real visual evidence proof to keep your account permanently ban.

They have the software by zendesk.com to screen record, and snap shots.
Habbo Customer Support agents are knowledgeable, and have the necessary tools to attach files just like you do they have "attach file" at the bottom of submit ticket.
You can find out exactly what the Habbo Customer Support uses by visiting Zendesk.com ,and there’s a free trial for anyone to play around and investigate what Habbo uses as their customer support software.

They do not apply the visual evidence in their text support of the real reason they have banned your account.

Text support does not stand as documented evidence they are just word of mouth, and one visual.
NO WITNESSES.

These agents can be in a bad attitude, and they’re bullies.

Re-read your submit tickets carefully!

Take notice that Habbo.com Customer Support Agents does not provide no file attachments to back up their claim, and false conclusions against you.

Everything must be documented legally, and not "I saw" , or A moderator has "Seen" you participate in blah blah.

If the moderators saw there has to be at least 3 witnesses.
If the moderator does not have documented evidence other than visual without substantiation, to make firm or solid then they are without legal grounds.

If you cannot get your account reinstated based upon fear of the action they're texting to scare you off with than maybe there should be a higher form of action to call these *******s on the carpet.

You should take legal action, and contact the FBI report Habbo.com whether you made a mistake and you have done everything to make it right even through a grueling apology it’s not right to let Habbo harm you.

You shouldn't have to beg like a wounded animal.

We all love habbo , and I love habbo.

I hope this helps others as much as it helped me.

Thread moved by Nick (Forum Moderator): From 'Habbo in General' as i feel it is more suited here.

Any service has the right to terminate your access for any reason, it's clearly stated in most products terms of service.

Every time a user is banned, a snapshot of the chat log is saved with the log of the moderators action. This later allows the customer support agents to verify the ban is correct.

They don't have to provide you with any of this information, and any time they do is out of courtesy.

As for the contact information.

Upon an access request of the data protection act, they have to provide you with all information that they hold about you. This information has to be delivered in a reasonable time, and they are able to charge you for the collection of this information.

This data does not have to include information if that information is somehow tied to another user of the service.

I hope I'm not the only American who plays habbo. lol

Sulake use to have an office headquarters in California , but I would like to reply.
US constitution does not recognize the EU as a body with legislative power over the USA , so in that sense EU laws have no legal effect on the grounds on the US ( Unless the US and EU entered some kind of agreement where US agreed to recognize EU law which is unlikely.
If Sulake doesn't have an office here... They must have fled over the border of Mexico.. LOL..

Some points I agree with, unfair bans and rude replies of the support team. Don't think looking for key words just to send an automated reply works either.
