Snowflakes for everyone!

I've just made it so everyone has snow this year! Snow should be falling at the top of your forum skins. But don't worry, if you get sick of the snow you can turn it off. If you would like to disable the snowflakes then just go to User CP > General Settings > Scroll to the bottom and choose the "No" option.
