What's your worst habit?

I have two really bad habits. I bite my nails and I bit my lip for no reason.
I can't even explain how many awkward situations I've gotten into because of the second one, haha.

My friend gets that, the twitching I mean. It's not really a habit, but I see what you mean, she complains about it a lot :(

Used to bite my nails all the time - thank god I grew out of that.
Now I guess it would be just spending money all the time. Half the times it's not even on something I want/need. Instead of saving up I just spend. :L Drives my mum mad. D;

I can relate to the spending part, actually. I'm meant to be going to Canada for a few days in the Summer and I haven;t even started to save up yet 'cause I keep buying things I don't need :P

Also, I used to grind my teeth and pull my hair out (trichotillomania I think it's called) due to stress and depression etc. Went to a therapist and got it sorted c: I had a bald spot for ages, though ;l I'm happy I stopped
