Reoccurring "405 Error"

Ok, so i keep getting this stupid 405 Error and am being logged out from the client. What does it mean because i have only started seeing it in the last week and it's really bugging me. Even if it just disconnected or "encountered" an error but it keeps doing this and I'm starting to think i am getting hacked lol ;[

Idk what it is but have u tried changing web browsers or trying clearing you cache?

Try clearing your cache, another browser and if that doesn't work then try clearing your flash cache :).
