So I was wondering why wasn't the News Reader of the month award given and why the Book Club decided to join November and December..

The News Reader of the Month isn't even active yet, I am awaiting other things before I can announce how you receive it and such. Also, it's upto the department if they joined both months, they might have just decided one wasn't worthy in November :) x.
