[HELP] Radio Set Up Need Help

Hello Guys!
I'm pretty new to all this, PhP, HTML, Javascript and Webhosting but have some basic knowledge in it and have a lot of other knowledge in other programming languages.

I need to create a temporary site in which I could host a Radio for a while.

I need to understand how Radio's work and all that which I would be happy if someone could explain, How the DJ Panels work I currently have one and have hosted it (Kinda) I'm using RadiPanel. How does the DJ play music/talk using RadiPanel and how do the listeners listen?

How do I set all this up?
If someone could create/direct me to a tutorial which I could follow I would be so grateful!

If you can't manage to put up a simple maintenance page, god knows how you'll cope with MySQL etc...
