The help tool member Katharina who usually gets a lot of hate on here for being damn right terrible has changed her name to Cleo.
(little did she know she's still copying and pasting her old replies with Katharina on it!)

This made me laugh quite a bit.

Wow shows how smart the "Great" Help staff are... Cant even compleate a simple name change to her tag...
Also why is she changing her name? No real need to change your screen name its just the helptool...

Theres nothing to say the intent was to deceive users to believe it's a different member of staff? lol

Might have simply wanted a shorter name and intentionally pasting Katharina as you know... everyone who replies to tickets usually includes their real name..

Graham got this one called Karol who he didn't feel was helpful and I said I bet its really Katharina.
LMFAOOO though. So many complaints, had to change her name!

One thing though, couldn't the message given with her name below be used as a bae for new staff? So the person could be Cleo but use an automated thing?

Well surely if you are going to take someone else's response, you aren't that much of an idiot to forget to change the name to your own... Only she would be stupid enough to forget to change her automated reply lmao

The image of Katharina is the same for Cleo also, so yes it is Katharina :)
