The only thing i can think of is that they are trying to promote a new Messenger, but since MSN is bobba'd on Habbo this wouldnt make sense :s

Just because he has "messenger" in his name doesn't mean he is from MSN Messenger, Microsoft or any related companies. "Messenger" is an every day word. It's probably just his name.

And, considering that Habbo doesn't want you on MSN, it's highly doubtful that there is an MSN/Habbo promotion.
