im pretty sure it was brought up months ago that events and hxl staff can post in there, no one done anything about it apparently.

I think this happened because Dragga posted an announcement he wasn't supposed to post, since it wasn't his turn to host an event, it was mine, so a Department Manager moved the thread so HxF users wouldn't get confused about which event was going on.
