[HELP] Windows 8 Problem

Hey guys my taskbar on the bottom of my screen dont decend and hide on win8 but it would on win7
What im talking about is the little thing at the bottom here is a pic. Can anyone tell me how I can make it so it willl not be locked nd decend

Right click -> Properties -> Tick auto-hide -> Ok
