Turtle Beach PX21 Buzzing +rep

Got them yesterday, as soon as I turn the chat on I get this horrible buzzing in my ear which can be heard by my friends when in a chat. I've googled it but I can't find a conclusive solution. Any help?

Possible that it's faulty, I'd send it back?

It happens with me sometimes when the cable to the headphone isn't connected proper. Try pushing it in more/rotating it a bit, it normally fixes mine.
Or try changing the batteries, mine normally makes a massive buzzing noise before the batteries run out

It's the same with the x12s. I'm not sure what your settings are like but these work well for me

Start > Control Panel > Hardware And Sound > Sound > Recording > Right Click x21 Microphone > Properties.

I've got a buzzing noise if I have the controller charging + headset in same time, take charger out it's fine.

I'm glad it isn't just mine, I was worried mine were on the way out and I definitely can't afford a new pair at the moment.
