Right then basically what I want is a free video screen capture software that can record only a section of the screen. I tried using FRAPS buy can only do full screen capture. Any help and support will be help (+rep)

Sort of defeated your own question there, ether torrent it, or pay for it, there isn't a inbetween other than a free trial

Try kat.... There's loads of torrent searchers to be fair, make sure there were lots of seedera for the torrent you chose to download

I don't think there is any good "free" screen recording software is there? I've used camtasia before and it does the job.
