Accessing an old account?

I have an account that I made back in 2003 and I think it was merged over and still active on the hotel but I cannot remember what email address it's connected too and there's a good chance that I don't have access to the email it's connected to either.

Just wondering if there's anything I can do?

I'm unsure, what you could try do is contact the help tool. I know previously you could attempt to sign in with the username and password and it would come up what email it was connected to. If it is merged (have you checked the homepage for it)? Then maybe it can be accessed if you have the information for it. Maybe use an active email for the help request and see what happens from there :) x.

I've sent in a request but I can't really see it doing much. I can't remember alot of the details as the account was created almost 10 years ago.

What makes you think it has been merged? It will have been deleted. All non-active accounts were deleted except for those on the original American habbo.

The only way to recover if you don't have access to the email is to create a ticket. They expect a lot of info such of dob to be given though.

Unless you know the exact DOB you entered (and sometimes a ton of other information; sometimes not at all) I can't see it being very likely. I know I put random DOBs on my first accounts and have never been able to recover them! Good luck getting it back, open a ticket and see what happens :)

I got an account back from 04 that i lost the password to, I also didnt have access to the email, but managed to get it back.

Right well all of my clones which I forgot the details for were not merged, so i dont know why or how yours could have been.

Its easily done dont worry... You might need your d.o.b idk :P they didn't ask me for it

They'll usually ask a series of questions, I've seen varying questions, but when I attempted to get an account back they asked things like:

- DOB
- When you registered
- Your ISP when you registered
- Have you ever bought credits? If so, using which method?
- Does the account have any credits on it?
