I think you need to realise that you weren't in the department long enough. I didn't say your quality was bad, you just assumed because you did 3 reports a week you should get it. When Bolt660; and Nuxty; were managers I remember me and Intersocial; doing about 7 each but if they were rubbish quality they were wasted lol.

Honestly, I think people voted for many they knew that still worked there or knew they did/are doing a great job.
